Our Team

Real estate has been Kelley’s passion and central focus over the past 17 years. She started her career in residential real estate, working with buyer and seller clients in the seacoast of New Hampshire. She transitioned to a broader role as a multi-state Real Estate Broker for the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Portsmouth, NH. By leveraging her previous work experience and indulging her talent for collaborating with agents, Kelley impacted the productivity and profitability of the branch.  

Over the last two years Kelley has been working with the New England Field Administration department of Coldwell Banker.  She supervised the in-branch staff of 15 offices in Northern New England – hiring, training, coaching, and supervising staff. She has a depth of knowledge and expertise with marketing systems, lead generation techniques, and the tools and technology used by agents to grow their business and build success.

Kelley’s obsession and enthusiasm is in helping agents realize their goals through proven systems, brand marketing, accountability and solid business planning. Through Agent Advantage, Kelley can individually address your needs and wants, guiding you to the realization of their goals - be it a more sustainable work life balance, growth of your business, or simply the delivery of a better listing presentation.
